Alagon Hotel was such a lovely place to call home for our short stay in Ho Chi Min City. The room, breakfast and amenities were all second to none and a delight to utilise after long days out exploring the city and beyond. The best part of the hotel is the staff. Genuinely so kind and accommodating to our trip I would recommend Alagon to anyone looking for a hotel in district 1.

Awesome hotel in awesome locationWe stayed here for three nights, our fifth visit and enjoyed a comfortable and spotlessly clean room, very good facilities including a rooftop pool, hot tub and gym, great choice at breakfast and a complimentary afternoon tea, in easy walking distance of many of Saigon’s tourist attractions and at a very competitive price. Alll staff give of their best and make you feel welcome. Special mention to Lucy, who checked us in with a smile and an upgraded room with extras! A perfect choice for a break in HCMC.

Superb value and amazing staff
What a wonderful first impression of this lovely hotel. The reception staff could not be more welcoming, especially Lucy, who truly is a credit to the front of house team! My room was clean and very fresh with a bath and an incredibly comfortable need and soft pillows. Complimentary Afternoon Tea and a free 30 minute for massage ALL in the price as well as breakfast was an absolute bonus. The room service dinner much bigger than I expected and was delivered quickly to my room. My favourite place in the hotel was the lovely garden on the roof top - very calm and relaxing in the middle of Saigon with little road noise. Just lovely! The biggest compliment I can make it's the staff. In every department of the hotel, they actually made you feel very welcome, as so many hotels seem to lack this important customer service touch, well done to the management team for ensuring this is clearly off high importance to the ethos at Alagon Saigon.

TOP CLASS on customer serviceGood location, lovely city hotel Great room. Great location and could'nt ask for better staff in this hotel, especially Ben the manager. We arrived on a very early flight and they kindly let us check in early. Feels classy.The breakfast was good as was the food in the restaurant. The hotel has a great location in district 1 and there a lot of things to do around.

Good location, lovely city hotel
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was accommodating to any requests we had. We booked a deluxe room without a window and it was all we needed for our short stay in Ho Chi Minh City. About a 6min walk to Ben Thanh Market which is convenient for cheap souvenir shopping. Very impressed with the deal we got as well, amazing value for the price paid.
