We are delighted to introduce Phin Time — a hands-on coffee workshop where guests can explore the art and stories behind Vietnam’s rich coffee heritage. Guided by our skilled baristas, participants will learn to brew, craft and taste two beloved creations: 𝐂𝐚̀ 𝐏𝐡𝐞̂ 𝐓𝐫𝐮̛́𝐧𝐠 (𝐄𝐠𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐞) and 𝐂𝐚̀ 𝐏𝐡𝐞̂ 𝐌𝐮𝐨̂́𝐢 (𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐞).

Whether you’re a coffee enthusiast or simply curious, this experience is designed to connect — with culture, with flavor, and with one another. Between the stories shared and the cups crafted, we hope every guest discovers a moment that lingers — and carries home a lasting memory of Vietnam.
